HISIERRA® Shipping Policy

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING to the lower 48 states. Most products available on the site are eligible for free HISIERRA® shipping.

HISIERRA® ships out orders Monday through Friday, until 2pm. No orders will be shipped out on Saturdays, Sundays, or National/Federal Holidays. Orders placed on our site usually ship within 1-3 business days and should arrive within 1-6 business days. Exceptions made for COVID. If an item is temporarily out of stock and cannot be shipped in 2-4 business days, you will be notified.

**A physical street address is required for all UPS shipments. WE CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX.

Return Policy

Reporting Issues, Returning Product, and Re-Stocking Fees

Returns of stock items are permitted up to 14 days from date of invoice. Returns are subject to a twenty-percent restocking fee. Specialized products are non-returnable.

To report damages or initiate a return:

  1. Email [email protected]; please cc your sales representative to notify of return request; and receive Return Authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
  2. Please include “Hisierra Return for PO number” in the subject line
  3. The email must include: An explanation for return, a purchase order, sale or invoice number. Pictures and description of damages, qty of damages, preferred contact information for follow up, issuing of credits, and/or processing returns.
  4. Customer Service will work with you to process your return and assist in sending a replacement order if necessary.
  5. Upon Approval by Hisierra; return freight will be paid by Hisierra for items that are damaged. Non damaged stock items in good condition may be returned up to 14 days from the invoice date. Non-damaged; sealed, and complainant product returns will incur a 25 percent re-stocking fee in addition to freight charges. Hisierra must be notified via [email protected] before returns are accepted.
